aliens stuck on walls

My little brother was playing Never Burn Money on Normal. He activated the red fighter in the room that overlooks the place where the two defense chips are. Apparently, it tried to climb the wall to attack him, becuase when he went down to investigate, the fighter was actually stuck ON the wall, unable to activate! I have his film, but I don't know how to send it in. Anyway, it was a very strange sight! Is there any reason why this would happen?
