I personally disagree with this notion. Levels that keep the same specific design have a tendency to get boring more quickly than levels that don't. I mean, obviously levels should have a theme, a recurring idea, but that doesn't mean that the entire level should be dark green hallways with labs every 100 feet. I haven't played the level yet, but that's just my two cents.
