Interesting bungie webcam...new acronym?

if you look there now, on the last one (where theyve had up that canadian doc with sticky notes that say stuff like "halo secret document" and "source code." well, now theres a sticky note with an ACRONYM on it...it says
F, RT, DN
Heavy DN
what do you think it means? I have somewhat of a clue for the F...but not the others...or maybe im just retarded, and this is a well known acronym...but i dont think so...its over at http://www.bungie.net/Inside/Page.aspx?section=WebCams&subsection=Main&page=1
I have it saved too, so if for some reason it changes within the next while, i could email it out.
