That's actually a distinct possibility... Apple may take the transition to G5 as an excuse to redesign the Powerbook from scratch, as they've done with every other recent major transition (original PBG4, iMac G4, desktop G5, iMac G5). The desktop G5 also turned out to be much larger than the G4 towers it replaced; maybe they'll be willing to do something similar for the Powerbook.
