I feel like an idiot, but...

alright, so, i bought the mac action sack to play infinity, right? i have Windows XP, and im using aleph one. i dled that HFVExplorer, like it said...but...i feel REALLY stupid for asking, i cant figure out how to copy the files. i copy them, but then i cant paste them anywhere...i feel like a complete idiot. someone, please help my pitiful attempts.
