Pathways hint book

I'm interested in getting more information on the Pathways into Darkness story and monsters. The hint book would be ideal for that. Unfortunately, it's about impossible to find. Would anybody tell me if they know where to get one - or even better, transcribe it online for the benefit of future generations?
