RED 1.1 is almost ready to go, but Forge refuses to merge it (it's almost poetic...)
The obstacle appears to be on level 19- when it tries to add the terminal text, Forge simply quits (no error from the OS or the merge log). And since it's been so long since I worked with it, I've forgotten all the tricks we used to use to get Forge past this sort of error.
The only change I made to that level (that I know of) was adding a bit to one of the terminals (still well under the 32K limit), a platform, and a handful of polygons.
