Craig Mullins Marathon Art in July Wired Magazine

While flipping through the latest issue of Wired magazine (July) I noticed on page 60 a full-page image of the Craig Mullins Marathon 2 scenario opening art. The mini article is in regards to video game and movie deals and strangely doesn't reference Marathon at all.
The image, which can be seen on the attached link to the story, appears to be promotional material for an upcoming game called "Triangle" which is being developed by a British studio named Climax that seems to have no ties with Bungie.
The Mullins image is slightly modified and reversed and it appears that they licensed it for use for the new game but it would be interesting to investigate a little more. I've never heard of companies reusing game art like this before but it makes sense that they would choose Craig's exceptional work.
