M1 release date: T-18yrs till the end of the world

I just realized that Marathon will become an adult (turn 18) on December 21, 2012... the end of the Mayan Long Count and (not coincidentally) the date of numerous significant cyclical astronomical events, and thought by some prophecy theorists to be the true date of the apocalypse. Spooky, no?

Also, two days ago was Marathon's 9.5th birthday :-)
