Phoenix falling help

I'm stuck on "deja vu" and I don't know what to do. I've flipped all switches so the pumps stops and I've also flipped the administrative switches. At the end there's two more switches, but after have flipped them as the doctor says nothing happends. There's also a teleporter there which can't be used because the space is too tight. How do you finish this damn level.
