Yes, good points on both. Another less dangerous alternative would be the following. The four main switches when activated raises a small panel that reveals the 5th switch. We could have a PB on the opposite side of the post housing that 5th switch and have it become active only after the four switches are flipped. That way a player can save before activating the 5th switch and completing the rest of the level.
