Stuck on Electric Sheep Three

Hey I'm a windows user who converted the Marathon Trilogy to PC using Alphe One. Now I have played the first two games completly successfully but now on Infinity I am stuck on Electric Sheep Three.

You see the platform to the third door doesn't rise. I have shot every god damn switch, rocket jumped all over the level and I've even saved the flying butt things from the Enforcer. Please help I have no clue on what to do next.
