That's always the way I imagined a Marathon Infinity movie beginning - camera opens onto the space around Lh'owon, an intense battle is happening with the S'pht'Kr and Pfhor forces, a weapon is fired into the sun, and a nova.... or well, half of one. Some ships get knocked out of their flight paths by invisible forces, others fold in upon themselves or explode, most of the rest turn and flee in a panic. Camera pans over past Tycho's ship, then over and in through the window to Ne Cede Malis, where we see the Marine beam in and... so on.
