Font size is probably the most difficult thing to gauge when designing for the web. I have made it so that you can resize the text in any browser (including IE/Win, which can't resize pixel values), and the font size looks great to me.

That said, I've had this complaint elsewhere so would you mind grabbing a screenshot and emailing it my way along with any relevant system info (browser, OS, screen size, etc...)
