Craig mullins original chapter art updated?

I apologise if this has already been posted, I don't have time to check all the new posts.
Has anyone seen this:

At first glance it's undergone some colour adjustment, but the most startling (and slightly more subtle) thing to me is that the marine has been entirely repainted. Was this done recently, or has it been around for a while without my knowledge?
A person named Zo.e is credited with the desktop, but I'd imagine that would be those bungie.net signs not so subtely embellished on the background, the repaint looks distinctively Craigish.
Does anyone know anything more about this image?
