Pfhoraphobia problem

I don't know if this is an appropriate forum to ask this question, but I'm going to anyway because I've been stuck for about a week, and I need help.
I bought the Action Sack 2 weeks ago and loaded up an updated Aleph One. Everything runs fine under OpenGL at hi-res, and I start moving through the game. I'm on Pfhoraphobia now, and I'm stuck there. I've killed everything on the level, including the cyborg that controls the S'pht, and searched out the whole map. I've double-checked it against the map that's posted on marathon.bungie.org/spoiler/, and I've updated Aleph One and it's MML scripts.
But no matter what I do, when I stand in front of the only window on the level that I can see the Marathon from, I don't get teleported to the next level. I'd really like to be able to play the last few levels and move on to M2. Am I missing something?
