Tempus Irae

For some reason I seem to be having trouble downloading Tempus Irae from the official site. When I use Safari it just gets stuck in the "preparing to download" phase, and on Explorer it downloads a 0 byte file. Is there some other place from which to download TI? *sigh* I wish that all my posts here didn't seem to revolve around technical difficulties. Thanks for your time.
