Rubicon Story Synopsis?

I've been talking with some other scenariowrights lately about scenario plotline compatability, and it occurrs to me I really don't remember the Rubicon storyline all that well. I tried unsuccessfully to find any kind of synopsis on the internet, something going over all the major events and plot points... the Cliff Notes version. Not pages and pages like the Rubicon Volunteers or the Spoiler Guide cover.

I don't suppose anyone could point me to, or write up, such a thing?
