You mean this? You'll need a CD Burner (more specifically, a burner with Nero software) and a DC keyboard to play. You can usually pick a keyboard for less than $5 (assuming you're in America, I don't know about else where). I got it to work (using my brother's PC), but it's just the Inf demo. As far as I can tell, there has not been any updates since it was first posted a real long time ago. I think it's dead.
