Nope. It shoots shot and is therefore a shotgun. Even if it had a true pistol-grip it wouldn't be a pistol (it'd be a pistol-grip shotgun) because, again, it shoots shot.

Which brings up a good point about the shotgun's grip, it isn't a pistol-grip and it isn't a butt-stock. Looking at it, it actually appears to be a rather painful weapon to shoot. The angle at which one's wrist would have to be would make it seemingliy impossible to shoot, even more so with two shells going off at once. A few magazines or so of 00 buckshot 2 3/4" 12 guage out of a proper pistol-grip will do good to turn your hand to burger and give you a good case of the shakes for a few days as any shotgun enthusiast can attest, but I wouldn't pull the trigger on that bad boy, not with the grip it has on it.

And I know this has been said before, but there's no way that our shotgun is pump-action. The sound isn't pump and besides, no one has ever heard of a double-barreled pump-action shotgun, even though the grip does look a lot like the pump. Even if it was a pump, the barrel isn't long enough to support the action. It's probably some kind of lever-action design but the inner workings of which I will not try to explain, many a marathon fan has failed at doing so.
