Actions speak louder than words. Just keep a real .44 Magnum in your desk, when some lout gives you grief about it having no power, take it out and shoot him in the mouth. Sure he's dead now and won't see your point, but the punks he runs with will get it.

Or...

Success speaks louder than words. Be a leader and inspire them. Just show them that you rule with the Marathon magnums.
