If anything is missing from that tutorial let me know. Adam Steir wrote that tutorial after having to figure it out himself, he wanted to help others avoid the same non-informational hell he went through to get it going. He might have left some stuff out, stuff that seemed obvious to him but possibly a punch in the guts to another. I don't have a PC to test his tutorial. Both he and I would appreciate any feedback or added information your friend has.
