Empires of Earth

I recieved an email yesterday from someone wanting to join the Empires of Earth team (which currently consists only of me). Once he sends me a sample of his work or two, I'll decide whether or not he's on. You may be wondering why I'm posting this (as am I). This will be my first group Marathon project, and as team leader I feel I should know how to handle all this. But I don't, in fact I'm very uncertain what to do.

Oh, and if there are two people working on Empires of Earth, that greatly reduces the chance that it will die (which is good, cuz dead scenarios aren't nice).
