The Main shaft is the one you see from the Shafted cutscene. It's in the main cartographer structure. The security shaft is the one you see if you go a few steps past the security override. It's in the secondary structure. The third shaft I mentioned is what you fall into after passing the first two hunters in the main security shaft; they're in a big, open room with the exit on one of the narrow ends. The exit is a ramp down, that curves around a shaft. (A small one.) This small shaft is not descendable, as Frogblast showed. Bottom line: No, you don't need to film it. All shafts have been filmed, at the bottom or as close to it as you can come.
