Most of us seem to take what Cortana & 343GS say at face value, well, pretty much anyway. If you start thinking that either of them flat-out lie then it leaves you with very little to work on regards working out the real goings on. I think that they tend to not tell lies. They may not tell you everything, whether on purpose or not, but I don't think they will actually lie. What I'm wondering is if any Marathon heads out there can give examples of where any of the AIs lied. I don't think they did, based on my recollection of the marathon story pages. They may have misled you, not revealed the whole truth, but did they flat-out lie? Maybe part of AI programming is that they can't lie? Ciarán.
