Bridge Trick

In Response To: Finishing AoCR (spanky) I am a GOOD player - of course everyone on this forum will tell you that they are good, so take it for what it's worth - but for the life of me I cannot get down to the ledge underneath that bridge! I have only tried the one technique that I know of - knocking the SHADE off the bridge and onto the ledge - but I cannot survive the fall. I have no idea what I am doing wrong. Is there another method? Does anyone have any tips for me?
