Gosh, that was impressive. You Rox0r, or something.
Not to belabor this too much, but I'm not sure it matters where the two points are that it measures. On your picture, if the head point is below the top of the head, then that just means that C includes the MC's lower half plus some of the other MC's head. That value, plus the value of B or D equals the MC's height, no matter what, right?

In other words A is not necessarily = to C. But your other equations (which do not depend on that one) are still valid.
