The respawn time for both the : Active Camouflage, and the Overshield is set at exactly one minute. The : respawn timer is in a constant loop, and picking up the powerup does not : reset it. Hence, it is theoretically possible for someone to pickup a : certain powerup while the timer is at 59.99 seconds, and have it reappear : nearly instantly. I wonder why Bungie did it that way. It seems like it would be a lot more simple to start the timer when someone picks it up. My only answer is that Bungie didn't want the pick-ups to be blown across the map or into some corner away from where they are supposed to be. -glenn close
