I have found a way to get on top of Keyes in sp and its real complicated.
First,get to the part with the two hunters and kill:the grunts and elites,
the puffy flood,and one hunter.You should still have the one hunter left and the the either the flood on top of the arch or in the coolent in the corner.
Now hunter jump off the small rock and you should be on top of the arch with the flood dude.Now simply kill the hunter from up top and carfully shoot the floods arms off with the machine gun.Now For the last part get the flood in the cthe corner and granade jump off his head and your on top with bad health.
