In Response To: Re: Vote on the flood and tell why you hate or lik (Dark Angel §) : ANY flood intelligence would be nice. did BUNGIE spend 5 minutes on their AI? : they run straight at you. no tactics, no strategy, no intelligence. a : flying brick that comes out of no where and bashes the MC in the head : would be more of a challenge to destroy than the flood. making the flood smart would be very stupid. think about it. these are DEAD people and aliens. its like resident evil. you cant make a sall bug with a lot of tentacles smart. these things act on instinct and im not sure they can rely on there brains but on only brute force. if you swing a bat at a lightning bug, it wont do all these tactical evasive manuevers to get away. so therefore, making the flood have intellect would make them sort of stupid if they can any more stupid.
