Is it possible that we're seeing some sort of reflection? I know there's a lot of bulletproof glass in that area (Ever been shot at by the sentinels that pop out right after that cutscene? You can hide behind some thoughfully-placed cover). Bungie doesn't make mistakes like that too often. AND, if there really are two honest-to-goodness Guilty Spark models in there, it's probably a mistake. I don't think there's much point to having two Sparks (343 and 34...4?) on one Halo dealie.
