I wasn't the one who submitted that picture, but in co-op , I killed one player and jumped out of the escape pod thing that you land in, kept left and crouched and managed to land and slide long enough to respawn the first player (who was waiting to re-spawn) on the ground.

I don't know if that was generally the same thing that the folks who took the picture did or not.
