that's a neat Idea (Galactic Lord of the Flies), I would have to say that when he says "But once the others follow suit, this galaxy will be quite devoid of life...Or at least any life with sufficient biomass to sustain the Flood." it seems to me that he is saying that there will be very little life left... now if this weapon doesn't kill children (or anything below their classification, whatever that may be) well then .. . . i see hardly a dent being made in the amt. of life in our galaxy.

But then again, humans and covenant (excluding children) may make up 99.9% of all life in our galaxy in the future... who knows.
