In Response To: Notice you don't learn a single thing...(spoilers) (A HALO FAN) : Ok, so I just finished Halo on Heroic, and I'm halfway through on Legendary. : I know many people have said that the plot was not impressive, and here 's : another reason why. Notice how you don't learn a single thing about Halo : other than The Flood is on it? The game doesn't tell you how Halo : originated. You know, who built it, why was it built? The Flood is too : stupid to build anything since they are pretty mindless beings, who, by : the way, is very uninspiring. I think "Halo: The Fall of Reach" : could've made a better plot for the game other than "Halo: Combat : Evolved", or at least it could've been better thought out. Pay more attention. Halo was built by a race Cortana calls "the Forerunners", with the intention of containing the Flood virus and eventually wiping it out. How would it wipe them out? By starving them. How would it starve them? By destroying all life in the galaxy. THAT is why they built Halo. That's why Cortana tells you to destroy Halo. Pay WAY more attention. ;p
