I've now tried it from the V but it was a no-go; couldn't get enough distance. Also I tried it from the bridge rim but you die before hitting the ledge. So, it has to be the lower deck I think. : Almost all the time. In that case maybe there's no significant difference impact-wise between hitting the Pelican when it's doing the drop and when it's on the way out. Maybe I just needed to get a lucky hit.
