I hope this cements how important these kinds of features are not only for Halo 4, but for the series as a whole. If 343 ends up not being able to properly patch scoring, file sharing and theater in for Halo 4, I hope at least they will implement it in every successive title from now on.

What was stunning about this is just for the reasons you gave alone it should be included. With the reasons you gave and the importance of these features for things like machinima and various other fan projects, I really hope they reconsider their importance.
