Gameplay Reasons. Also Jackal stuff. | |

In Response To: Re: Halo Designs through the years. (kapowaz) Gameplay - The Promethean forces are the new enemy in Halo 4, and are treated as the 'Big Bad' when it comes to scenarios. They're the leaders, and they have more numbers. You fight them more than the Covenant and the game is tailored to create an illusion that they're more difficult by lowering the combat effectiveness of the rest of the enemies. Jackals - I honestly can't make a post about Jackal changes. Aside from the head, nearly nothing has been altered about their design since 2001. Hell, they even have the same armor. Aside from some slight changes to their feet, they've remained the same exact creature outside of head design for years.
Can someone photoshop the traditional mask on the new Grunt's head? Also maybe color it the same shade as it was originally? I'd like to see how that changes one's perspective on the design if it was made to resemble previous iterations.
