343 has mentioned this a few times in various places, but the team in the cutscenes is Majestic Squad, and we will be operating as part of a different squad in our Spartan Ops missions. Not sure how they'll play it exactly, but IIRC we get to interact with Majestic at some point during the missions themselves. We're not the ones in the cinematics, though. I think the 343 Sparkast (podcast) is where I heard most of this...
