I don't think there's album art in the file; iTunes was just using a still-frame from the movie as the artwork when I checked it. I was trying to find various "embedded data" markers, but couldn't see anything. The last frame of the movie is a little wonky (bottom 1/5th doesn't match rest of the frame exactly), but that may just be the encoder being weird.
