I compared opaque elements that had no use. You're inlcude every single possible minimal translucent element in the hud as something that obstructs your view.

So it seems to me that for you, if ANYTHING alters the rendered image on screen to any degree (0%? 1%?) that it's obstructive and you want it removed.

Have fun with that.

Me, as I play, those translucent elements I completely forget exist until I need them. They don't obstruct my view. So I don't mind them. You and I obviously play differently and value UI elements differently.

And that's just fine.
