Wow, that is cool. Kinda reminds me of something you'd see in a Metal Slug game :-)

As far as the swf -> video format, I'm not sure -- but a quick google for "swf to mp4" turns up a lot of hits... I just don't know which to recommend, as I'm sure there's some malware landmines galore in there.

Maybe your flash-editing software has an option to export in a video format that YouTube could play nice with?
