Gooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooood gawllay that there is some mighty fine a-pickin' and a-paintin'! =D

This isn't just my favorite Halo box art, it's one of my favorite pieces of box art that I've ever seen.

They managed to cram both glorious eye candy AND symbolic meaning into the image and make it completely coherent.

Humanity and the races of the Covenant, coming crashing down into a whole new place in their histories, sucked in by truths yet unrevealed. All of them spared the firing of the Halo Array, but with only humans chosen by persons long since gone to reclaim the mantle and lead the surviving races towards the future, the discovery of which falling upon the shoulders of one very particular man and his cybernetic union of nerve with machine, who himself is thrown into something that will truly bring him near to his limits.

All with subtle implications as to the technical qualities of the visuals of the game, with high levels of detail and visual business, compared with traditional smooth, clean lines.

Superb. Absolutely superb, 343. Job SO well done!

Now give me morrrre.
