| Good art, bad cover | |

In Response To: COMPLETED ART (Halo 4 box art) (GrimBrother One) Master Chief's back is turned to the action, and his posture shows that he is off-balance and unprepared. This may be a deliberate thematic choice, given that he is facing new challenges. However, it's not very heroic. I do like the composition, but muting the color of his armor to a muddy grey means he blends in with the scenery and doesn't really pop. Compare this with what I consider the best box art in the series to-date:
Green being the color compliment to red, Chief's armor really stands out against the ruddy glow of a burning city. Very eye-catching. He crouches on both feet, leaning forward and prepared to spring into action. Both guns are held at the ready, while the angle of his head indicates his eyes are scanning for threats/targets. This is a man who takes charge of the situation. But maybe that's just the art snob in me talking.
