I have a SNES-style Halo CE adaptation I started making in middle school if you really want to... But it's quite rough. You'll have to sign an agreement to not make fun of me to be allowed to play it. :) The other things I've finished are mods I've made for myself or friends, mostly in Elder Scrolls games. Creating new environments and quests. What I'm working on now with a programmer friend is called The Mayflower Project, a sort of free-roam shooter involving a variety of gameplay... as in you'r not just aiming and shooting - you're hunting down and shadowing specific ships, or trying to unveil a target in disguise, blah blah blah. Here's a screenshot of how it's sitting now with placeholder graphics. And here's an example of the comic art that comprises short little cinematics between levels. I'll definitely be posting an *OT* thread here when we finish it. I'm also helping with a Crysis Halo mod called Venerance. But yeah the point is - there's a ton of opportunities to make a game for free or for cheap!
