what about going to steam and buying the game or... buying a special version of the game with an add-on for $2 more. Where is the proverbial lot?
Comparing software to cars doesn't make much sense. It's a different world and where the bits exist really doesn't matter. DLC is weighed down by the fact that they're calling it "Downloadable" content when in actuality the model is licensed content.
