I don't believe that article explicitly states that Bioware is going to make ending DLC that will change the game, add on to the ending story, or give an entirely different ending altogether. He is simply saying that the team is working on content initiatives to address questions from the story.
I think this means that the story will be addressed in the course of the numerous DLC packs they have already have planned to release. I wouldn't expect any story-changing DLC, but I do expect to see the story addressed in future DLC's.
