Honestly this isn't surprising. Before the TU, you had people complaining about bloom and all that jazz. Then the TU drops and starts spreading to the entirety of Reach, cue people who don't like it being very vocal about their dislike (which is fine. Don't take this the wrong way anti-TU people! xD I'm neutral, waving my gray flag!). Now they are repealing bleedthrough, which from what I can tell very few actually liked (I could be very wrong on that regard but I'm guessing it was significantly unpopular enough to cause them to remove it now) and now enter those complainers. It's pretty much a lose-lose situation. You can't please everybody.
