Hmm, I seem to have lost my focus there and rambled off topic a bit. So much for proofreading.

Anyway, let's say this:

1) I like the no-bleedthrough idea
2) I think it will strike a good balance between TU and vanilla
3) I think it will also reduce the complaints about the "overpowered" DMR
