It is only if you're spamming the trigger. If you're pacing your shots, it is the least random precision weapon in the series (sniper weapons excluded, of course). : You don't know what balance is. Do tell. And I suppose you're an expert since you apparently worship at the Altar of Skill. Personally, I like this definition: "[Balance] is the process of assigning characteristics to each weapon such that each has its uses, and that its positive attributes in one area are balanced by negative attributes in others, such that control of any one weapon does not become the only viable strategy, and such that players can develop a personal playing style based on their choice of weapons without necessarily making themselves noncompetitive." — Narcogen I fail to see how bloom-less DMRs & NRs fit into this definition, considering they (and the pistol to a less extent) are the only standard weapons worth using in TU settings.
