I played a game of TU Slayer on Battle Canyon recently where the other team wielded nothing but Assault Rifles. We got destroyed. Surprised the hell out of me. (The fact that we got destroyed suggests that DMRs are not all-powerful. The fact that I was surprised suggests that I, like you, believe somewhere deep inside that they are. :) ) I understand your point. (And Hyokin's.) I can even empathize with it. I just feel like part of the problem is that the change in rules is requiring that you change your gameplay style... and you don't want to. (And before anyone gets huffy, I do NOT mean that the game is requiring you to use a DMR or lose... I mean that the adjustments to the sandbox require an adjustment in how each weapon is used, so that the techniques that USED to be successful for you might need tweaking.)
